Heidi N. Wooley, M.S.
Ph.D. Candidate (Psychology)
Founder | CIRS & Women’s Longevity Compliance Strategist | Elyvate Wellness
Shoemaker Proficiency Partner Diplomate | Certified Brain Health Coach

As a Ph.D. candidate specializing in Compliance Psychology, my research explores how women’s unique neuropsychological architecture influences motivation, self-regulation, and adherence to health protocols. My work centers on bridging the gap between behavioral science and functional medicine, helping women and those with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) rewire their brains for long-term health compliance and cognitive resilience.

With a Master’s in Educational Psychology and over a decade of applied experience, I’ve developed evidence-based frameworks that integrate neuroscience, systems psychology, and functional medicine. Through Elyvate Wellness, I translate complex research into actionable health and coaching interventions — enabling clients to sustain lifestyle changes and practitioners to improve adherence outcomes.

My methodology combines:

  • Neurobehavioral Engagement Models that apply principles of motivation, habit design, and cognitive reframing to improve adherence by over 75%.

  • Compliance Psychology Interventions using tools such as commitment devices, self-efficacy training, and behavioral scaffolding to transform ambivalence into action.

  • Coach Education & Training, equipping health professionals with scientifically grounded compliance tools that enhance client results and program retention.

As a Shoemaker Proficiency Partner Diplomate and Certified Brain Health Coach (Amen Clinics), I’ve trained under global leaders including Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker, Dr. Daniel Amen, and Dr. Dale Bredesen. My academic and professional work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and functional medicine — advancing the understanding of how brain-based behavioral strategies can transform patient outcomes.

A proud member of Psi Chi and the National Society of Leadership & Success, I’m committed to advancing the academic conversation around compliance psychology and mentoring the next generation of practitioners and scholars.

My mission is simple yet ambitious:
To make compliance a science, not a struggle — empowering women and CIRS patients to achieve lasting health transformation through the brain-based psychology of follow-through.
