Elyvate Wellness (“Elyvate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a sole proprietorship doing business as Elyvate Wellness. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit www.elyvatewellness.com (the “Site”) or use our services, digital courses, and community (collectively, the “Services”).

A. Information you provide

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number

  • Account information: login details and account preferences (if you create an account)

  • Purchases & billing: purchase history, billing address, and transaction details (payment processing is handled by third parties; we do not store full credit card numbers)

  • Health/wellness intake information: information you submit through intake forms, questionnaires, or coaching check-ins (stored in Kajabi as part of providing Services)

  • Community content: posts, comments, uploads, messages, and reactions in our community (if you participate)

  • Communications: messages you send us via forms, email, support requests, or community messages

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, session duration, referring page, and general site interaction data

  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, security, and understanding how the Site is used

C. Information from third parties

  • Kajabi: account, course access, email engagement, and certain analytics tied to delivering Services

  • Payment processors (Stripe) and financing providers (Affirm, if used): transaction confirmations and limited details needed to fulfill purchases and support customers

  • Google Calendar (via scheduling connection): scheduling availability and appointment coordination (we do not receive your private calendar contents beyond what’s required for scheduling)

2) How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide coaching, deliver courses, and operate the community

  • Process purchases, subscriptions, and payment plans

  • Manage scheduling and service delivery

  • Send transactional communications (receipts, access details, service announcements)

  • Send marketing communications (email now; SMS may be added later—see Section 6)

  • Respond to requests and provide customer support

  • Improve the Site and Services, including performance and user experience

  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies

  • Comply with legal obligations

3) How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers we use to run our business (including Kajabi, Stripe, and Affirm where applicable), plus hosting, analytics, and support tools

  • Legal or compliance authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property

  • Business transfers if the business is reorganized, sold, or merged (you’ll be notified as required)

  • With your consent or at your direction

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense.

5) Community Areas

If you choose to post in our community, your content may be visible to other community members depending on the community settings and access rules. Please avoid sharing information you want to keep private.

Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

SMS (coming soon): If we add SMS marketing, we will request your consent before sending promotional texts. You’ll be able to opt out at any time by following the opt-out instructions (for example, replying “STOP”). Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

7) Health/WELLNESS Data Notice (Important)

Elyvate Wellness provides education and coaching and is not a medical provider. If you choose to submit wellness and intake information, we use it only to provide the Services and support your experience. Please do not share sensitive medical information you do not want stored in our systems.

8) Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Data Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.

10) Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how we process your data. To make a request, contact us at:
