Share your health history, symptoms, goals, and upload any lab work you already have. If needed, you’ll see options to order recommended labs.

Step 3: I build your Blueprint

I review your information using the B3 Model of Care and create your personalized BioBehavioral Blueprint and 30-day plan.

Step 4: Receive your Blueprint & plan

You’ll receive your report, your 360° plan, and your That Clean Life access with your meal plan and shopping list.

Step 5: Follow the plan (and choose your level of support)

You implement your plan on your own. If you decide you want more support, you’ll have clear options to upgrade into BBB Coaching or CIRS Decoded Coaching.
