About Me

I created Elyvate Wellness for women who are tired of being told what to do, but still feel stuck when it comes to actually doing it.

So many women are handed protocols, plans, supplements, lab results, mindset tools, or lifestyle recommendations, and then silently blame themselves when they cannot follow through consistently. But in my work, I have seen again and again that follow-through is rarely just a willpower problem. It is often a biology, brain health, nervous system, and behavior-design problem.

That is why I created the B3 Model of Care™ and the BioBehavioral Blueprint™, two frameworks designed to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and being biologically, psychologically, and behaviorally supported enough to actually do it.

My work is rooted in a new way of practicing psychology: one that understands that behavior does not happen in isolation. Behavior is built on biology. Motivation is shaped by brain health. Emotional resilience is influenced by inflammation, hormones, sleep, stress chemistry, trauma patterns, metabolic health, and nervous system regulation.

Through Elyvate Wellness, I help women understand the deeper biological and psychological patterns driving their symptoms, habits, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty following through. Instead of treating behavior as a character issue or a mindset flaw, I look at the whole person: the brain, the body, the nervous system, the environment, and the lived experience behind the behavior.

As a researcher, educator, and leader in metabolic and biological psychology, I am passionate about paving the way for a more integrative model of care, one that brings together psychology, brain health, metabolic science, nervous system regulation, and practical behavior change.

The B3 Model of Care™ focuses on the three foundational pillars I believe every woman needs in order to create sustainable change: biology, brain health, and behavior. The BioBehavioral Blueprint™ translates that science into a personalized roadmap, helping women understand why they feel stuck, what their body and brain may be communicating, and how to take realistic, aligned steps toward healing and transformation.

My mission is to help women stop seeing themselves as inconsistent, unmotivated, or broken, and start understanding the deeper systems that shape their capacity to heal, grow, and follow through.

Elyvate Wellness exists to offer a new path forward: compassionate, science-informed, biologically grounded care that honors the complexity of being human.

"When I’m not teaching, creating, or supporting others in their healing journey, you can usually find me with my family near the ocean. The beach is my happy place, the place where I breathe deeper, feel grounded, and reconnect with what matters most. I love slow walks by the water, feeling my feet in the sand, listening to the waves, and taking in the beauty of the Pacific.

There is something about the ocean that brings me back to myself. It reminds me to slow down, be present, and find peace in the simple moments. Whether I’m spending time with my family, walking along the shoreline, or grounding by the water, the beach is where I feel most at home."
