The BioBehavioral Blueprint™

Stop Guessing. Start Understanding Your Brain, Body & Behavior.

You’ve probably been told what to do for your health.

Eat better. Move more. Sleep. Manage stress. Take supplements. Stay consistent.

But what if the real reason you haven’t been able to follow through has nothing to do with willpower?

What if your brain, biology, and behavior are all sending different signals, and no one has looked at them together?

That’s exactly what the BioBehavioral Blueprint™ is designed to do.

You’ll receive a personalized, whole-person analysis that looks at your brain patterns, body systems, hormone signals, and behavioral tendencies so you can understand what may be driving your symptoms, struggles, cravings, low motivation, emotional patterns, fatigue, brain fog, or difficulty staying consistent.

This is not another generic wellness plan.

It is a personalized blueprint designed to answer one powerful question:

“What is actually getting in the way of my healing, and what do I do next?”

What Makes the BioBehavioral Blueprint Different?

The BioBehavioral Blueprint™ looks at why it has been hard for you to do it.

Because if your brain is overwhelmed, under-activated, over-activated, inflamed, depleted, or not processing inputs properly, then even the best health advice can feel impossible to follow.

Your brain is your body’s master processor.

It receives the information, interprets the signals, directs behavior, influences hormones, regulates motivation, impacts cravings, shapes emotions, and determines whether you can actually follow through.

So instead of only asking, “What diet should you eat?” or “What supplements should you take?”

This blueprint asks:

Is your brain able to use the information your body is giving it?
Are your body systems supporting your brain, or working against it?
Are your behaviors symptoms of deeper biological or neurological patterns?

That is the heart of Heidi’s B3 Model of Care™: Biology, Brain, and Behavior.

The goal is to help you create a plan that your body can respond to, your brain can process, and your behavior can actually sustain.

What’s Included:

1. Brain-Based Assessment

You’ll complete a targeted assessment designed to look at key regions and patterns of brain function.

The questions help identify whether certain brain areas may be functioning optimally, underfunctioning, or overfunctioning.

This gives insight into patterns that may be connected to things like:

Low motivation
Emotional reactivity
Anxiety or overwhelm
Impulsivity
Difficulty focusing
Cravings
Trouble following through
Mood shifts
Sleep disruption
Brain fog
Low resilience under stress

This matters because many “behavior problems” are not character flaws.

They are often signs that the brain needs support.

2. Biology & Body Systems Assessment

You’ll also complete a whole-body assessment designed to look across 13 body systems.

The questions are targeted to identify possible areas of concern, imbalance, or added stress in the body.

This helps create a clearer picture of what may be happening beneath the surface, such as:

Blood sugar imbalance
Digestive stress
Detoxification burden
Immune activation
Inflammation
Mitochondrial insufficiency
Nervous system dysregulation
Metabolic concerns
Sleep and recovery challenges
Nutrient needs
Energy production issues

Instead of giving you a one-size-fits-all plan, the blueprint looks at where your body may need the most support first.

3. Hormone-Specific Questionnaire

Hormones can be a major hidden trigger behind symptoms, mood, energy, cravings, sleep, weight changes, motivation, and stress tolerance.

The hormone questionnaire helps identify whether hormone patterns may be contributing to what you are experiencing.

This gives another layer of insight into what may be influencing your biology, brain function, and behavior.

4. Optional Lab & Test Review

You may also upload any labs or health testing you already have.

These can help make your BioBehavioral Blueprint even more personalized and precise.

You also have the option to purchase lab testing as an add-on if you want deeper insight into your biology.

Labs are not required, but they can provide another layer of clarity.

What You Receive:

The BioBehavioral Snapshot

This is your quick-reference guide.

The Snapshot is a shorter booklet that gives you a clear, easy-to-understand overview of what may be happening in your:

Potential root contributors
Priority areas for support

This is designed to help you quickly answer:

“Why do I feel this way?”
“Why do I keep reacting this way?”
“Why has follow-through been so hard?”
“Where should I start?”
